A bit about me.

I do this work because I love it. Learning about people’s behaviors, motivations, and values is endlessly fascinating to me, and applying those learnings to cohesive, meaningful designs is so satisfying.

As a social science researcher for over 8 years, I honed essential skills that align seamlessly with user experience design and research. I explored the nuanced connections people have with nature, and I used data-driven insights to inform decisions about resource management. This experience cultivated my passion for research that helps people live a life that they value.

I view user experience and its related fields as a fascinating puzzle (and I love puzzles). What draws me to user research, in particular, is the opportunity to apply my cultivated skill set in a context that requires a relationship between creativity and analytical rigor; the blending of innovative ideas and evidence-based design. This work allows me to do my favorite things: ask good questions, apply the answers, and remain curious.
